To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order number) must be provided.

The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Items that are not in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Provide your order number and details about the return. We will respond with instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Since we only use Cash on Delivery (COD) for payments, please send your bank details to our WhatsApp along with the return item details so that we can process the refund to your account. The refund process typically takes 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
